ND Supplies cannot accept returns of used merchandise or any partial boxes of merchandise (such as partial box of Child Resistant vials, glass jars, mylar bags ect.)
Please, be aware that all products must be returned within45 business days of the date of invoice and a restocking fee will be charge for all inspected returned products, unless it has manufacture defect:
As part of our reasonable terms and conditions of doing business together, you agree to notify ND Supplies verbally or in writing about any shipment shortages, damaged products or any returns within 5business days of receipt of the merchandise.
After this time if ND Supplies is not notified of any shortage or overcharge it will be at the sole discretion of ND Supplies to accept or deny any claim.
Be aware that all returns will be pre-authorized by management. To initiate your returns please contact our Customer Service Department via email at info@ndsupplies.ca or call 833-842-9220 within5 business days of receipt of the merchandise and we will assess the necessary steps to take.
Credit will be given at the price paid for the items.
Sales items are sold as final sales and we do not accept returns or exchanges of any closeout items.
Damaged, Broken and Defective Products
For any damaged, broken or defective product, we kindly ask you to call or email our customer service department at info@ndsupplies.ca or833-841-9220 within 5 business days of product received. We will assess the necessary steps to take.
Upon approval, damaged products due to manufacture defect will be replaced for free.
